While creating the business plan, Projek Utopia will create political parties worldwide. The political parties in power will change the system to introduce Whoma. Our goal is to have the power of a country and change the system exactly as the system of Whoma.

 

       When 2 or more countries will have the power of a country, the alliance will be made between the countries for 1 government of all countries involve.
