Whoma is the name of the 1 world government of Projek Utopia. Projek Utopia do not call its government ''government'', it's called Whoma.
Usually a government is called by the name of its country, example “the government of Canada”. Because Projek Utopia represent the government of the world, we had to invent a new word.
Therefore, Whoma, has been created to represent the name of the government worldwide of the Earth.

The name Whoma has been choose in honor of all the creators of Whoma, at the present and the helpers in the future.
It also represents a world who help each other’s between families, friends, coworkers and neighbors.
We see also the leaders of the world in the Whoma system helping the population by improving indefinitely its system.
